Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

An item damaged in transit or found to be unsatisfactory for another reason will be replaced, and the purchaser’s postage costs reimbursed, provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If it is not possible to replace an item a full refund will be made.

An order may be cancelled by email or telephone within 24 hours of it being made through the marineartists.co.uk website.
