"Pearl of Peace EV is a stunning Andalusian stallion and carries a rare double pearl gene resulting in his magnificent golden coat.
I was commissioned to photograph Pearl of Peace EV (affectionately known as Oro) in September 2018 at a stunning location North of Madrid, Spain.
Oro was bred to be a Grand Prix Dressage horse and my approach was to initially observe him at work with his trainer in Spain before I even picked up my camera and lighting kit. I was amazed how Oro’s coat shimmered in the sunlight and was intrigued how this would react with my photographic lighting.
I was fortunate to be able to spend three days photographing Oro and being able to incorporate the beautiful Spanish sunsets into my final artworks."

Framing
FRAMING (prints on paper): We use a simple classic frame, gold finish over a black ground, approximately 1 3/4 inches (4.4 cm) in width with off-white acid-free mount 2 1/2 to 3 inches (6.5 - 7.5 cm) wide. Pictures are framed under glass and fitted with wire ready for hanging.
For larger pictures that are to be shipped we can use perspex instead of glass for security in transit - we may contact you to discuss this. Frame section shown below:

FRAMING (prints on canvas): We use a simple classic frame with a gold finish and a white slip next to the canvas, approximately 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) in width. Pictures are framed like an oil painting with no glass and fitted with wire ready for hanging. Frame section shown below:

Unframed prints on canvas are supplied unstretched, with a 2 inch white border, rolled and packed in a strong cardboard tube.
All prints are covered in transit by our insurance.
